Unfortunately, the keylogging market falls on a very thin line in a legal sense. Just having the ability to log the conversation of another without their consent is an invasion of privacy. Yes, even if it's done on your computer, you would need the express permission of that person to log said conversation (as in all of them) in order for it for be considered legal. As the developer, we can't assume you have that consent as it involves a third party. Yes, again, other companies may do it, but TGEYE will not. They're playing a much more dangerous game and I want to keep this program strictly for legal purposes.
