Installing computer monitoring tools on computers your kids use without their permission to monitor them may violate local, state or federal law. The topic is closed.
You have been giving this answer to posts by people who want to monitor their own children. If I own the computer, why can't you I use a keylogger on it to protect my kids?
Regards

Hello Frozen,

As stated in the message this may violate the law. Not only you can use a keylogger only on a computer that you own, but you also should inform its user that you are going to monitor him.
